Andy Boodoo (he\him)

Andy Boodoo is a Consultant at Inspiring Changes Consulting & Wellness, passionate about community engagement, gender-based violence prevention, and diversity initiatives. With a background in Child and Youth Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and Electronics Engineering, Andy empowers men to embrace personal growth and healthy masculinity through trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. In addition to his consulting role, he works part-time as a Project Manager at Total Maintenance Solution. Outside of work, Andy enjoys home projects and traveling with his partner, reflecting his commitment to both personal balance and professional excellence.

Joanna Piatkowski (she/her)

Joanna Piatkowski is a dedicated team member at Inspiring Changes Consulting & Wellness, bringing over ten years of experience in trauma-informed practice, gender-based violence prevention, and diversity initiatives. A Registered Social Service Worker with a background in Communications and a Master’s in Education, Joanna is passionate about supporting organizations through training, policy development, and inclusive leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local trails and spending time at the park with her son, reflecting her values of balance, connection, and lifelong learning.
